Effective from the day you purchase.
1. Purchases & access
Buying an asset grants you a personal, lifetime license: download it, use it in your worlds, servers, videos and monetized projects. Access includes all future updates of the asset at no extra cost.
2. Redistribution
Sharing, reselling or publicly distributing purchased files is prohibited. Files downloaded from VoxelWave may contain invisible purchase identifiers used to investigate leaks. If you find our assets distributed illegally, report it to support — we act via takedowns, not silent bans.
3. Fair use of files
You may modify assets for personal use. Re-uploading modified versions of purchased assets as your own products is not allowed. Original .bbmodel files can be edited in Blockbench for your own projects.
4. Refunds
We review refunds case by case within 14 days of purchase. Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the asset is broken or not as described.
5. Account
One account per person. Email must be confirmed before purchases. Sharing account credentials may lead to access suspension after a warning.
